Screenings

The State of Florida requires that all kindergarten, first, third, and sixth graders plus students new to the school have their vision and hearing screened. All Saints screening date is January 6, 2021.  The vision screening will include testing right and left Visual Acuity, Stereoscopic Discrimination and Color Definition. This screening will be done by Mark Blake, a Florida Licensed Optician with Specs & Winks. The cost of the screening will be $5.00. The hearing screening will be done by me at no cost to you. 

 

The health of your child’s eyes and ears are vital to success in the classroom. Please complete the form below and return it to school with your child along with the $5.00 payment to Specs & Winks.
