Freedom Park - Greenacres, FL

Coming from the south (heading north) you would get off at the “10th Ave. N” exit in Lake Worth and head west past Military, past Jog Rd and continue west until 10th Ave N. dead ends into Pinehurst (probably 5 miles west of 95).  Make a right (north) on Pinehurst and Freedom Park will be about a ½ mile on your right before you get to Forest Hill.

Cardinal Newman High School – 512 Spencer Dr., West Palm Beach, FL 33409 PH: (561) 683-6266

I-95 to Okeechobee Blvd – West. Go west on Okeechobee Blvd. to Spencer Drive. North on Spencer Drive to school, which is located on East side of street.

Rosarian Academy – 807 North Flagler Dr., West Palm Beach, FL 33401 PH: (561) 832-5131

Take I-95 to the Palm Beach Lakes exit. Turn East onto Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. Take Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. to the very end – Flagler Drive. Turn right (South) onto Flagler Drive. Go about 3 blocks. You will see Rosarian on your right. Turn into the front entrance of the school.

Sacred Heart School – 410 N. “M” St., Lake Worth, FL 33460 PH: (561) 582-2242

I-95 to 10th Avenue North. East to Federal Highway. South on Federal Hwy. to 4th Avenue No. West on 4th Avenue. North to “M” Street. 1/2 block.

St. Ann – 324 N. Olive Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL PH: (561) 832-3676

From the North:  Exit Palm Beach Lakes – East. Take Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. East to the Dixie or Flagler Drive; turn South to Third Street. Turn East if on Dixie Hwy to Olive; right on the corner. If on Flagler (Lake front), turn West on Third. Parking lot on the East side of Olive, North side of Third.

From the South:  Exit Okeechobee, East to Olive, North on Olive to Third St. (Olive is one way). Corner of Olive and Third – East side.

Take I-95 South to PGA Blvd. Go East (left) on PGA Blvd. to Prosperity Farms Rd. Turn Right on Prosperity Farms Rd. School entrance is on the Right.

From I-95 go East on Southern Blvd to South Olive Street. South on South Olive for two short blocks to St. Juliana School.

St. Luke School – 2892 S. Congress Ave., Palm Springs, FL 33461 PH: (561) 965-8190

From I-95 Exit 10th Avenue North (Lake Worth). Proceed West to Congress Ave., At the intersection of 10th Ave. and Congress, turn North on Congress, about six blocks. St. Luke School on East side of street.

Anchorage Park – 603 Anchorage Dr., North Palm Beach, FL 33408

Take I-95 to PGA Blvd. Go East on PGA Blvd to Prosperity Farms Rd. Turn right on Prosperity Farms Rd. to Lighthouse Dr. Turn left on Lighthouse Dr. Go over a small bridge to a 4 way stop. Turn right at stop on to Anchorage Dr. The ball fields are on the right.

Bert Winters Park - 13425 Ellison Wilson Rd., Juno Beach, FL 33408

Make a right on Central Blvd. Turn left on Donald Ross Rd. Turn right on Ellison Wilson Rd. Destination will be on the right.

Dyer Park – 7301 Haverhill Rd. N, Riviera Beach, FL  PH: (561) 966-6600

Take I-95 South to Exit 76 Blue Heron Blvd. Turn Right on to Blue Heron Blvd (West). Turn slight right on to FL-710W/Beeline Hwy. Turn left onto Haverhill Road N. Turn Right in to the park and follow the road around to the back.

Greenacres Community Center - 501 Martin Avenue, Greenacres, FL 33463 PH: (561) 642-2193

Take I-95 South to 10th Avenue. Turn right (West) on 10th Ave. Go past Haverhill about ¼ mile and turn left on to Swan Blvd. The gym is on the right hand side of the street.

Howard Park - 901 Lake Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL  PH: (561) 835-7055

Take I-95 South to Exit 70 Okeechobee Blvd. Turn Left onto Okeechobee Blvd. (East towards downtown). Turn Right onto Alabama Avenue. Turn Right onto L Street. Turn Right onto S. Lake Avenue. Park is One Block South of Okeechobee Blvd. off Parker Avenue.

John Prince Park - 2700 6th Avenue South, Lake Worth, FL

Take I-95 to 10th Ave. Go West (Right) on 10th Ave. to Boutwell Rd. Turn Left on to Boutwell Rd. to Lake Worth Rd. Turn Right on to Lake Worth Rd. The park entrance is on the Left.

Lake Catherine Park - MacArthur Blvd., Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Take I-95 to North Lake Blvd.  Go East on NLB.  At MacArthur Blvd. (the Costco light) turn left.  Lake Catherine Park is on the right.

Lake Lytal -  3645 Gun Club Rd. West Palm Beach, FL 33406

From I-95: Take I-95 South to Southern Blvd West. (Exit 68) Driving west to South Congress Ave Ramp. The ramp is on the left side quickly. Turn right at the first light which is Gun Club Road. Drive .7 miles on Gun Club Rd. Park is on your right.

Lake Park - Bayberry and 6th Street, Lake Park, FL 33403

From I-95: Take I-95 to Northlake Blvd.  Go East on Northlake to 10th Street.  Turn right on 10th Street.  Take 10th Street to Park Avenue.  Turn left on Park Avenue.  Take Park Avenue to 7th Street.  Turn right on 7th Street to Bayberry Drive.  Turn left on Bayberry Drive.  Field is on the left.

From Alt A1A: Take Alt A1A South past Northlake Blvd. to Park Ave.  Turn left on Park Avenue.  Take Park Avenue to 7th Street.  Turn right on 7th Street to Bayberry Drive.  Turn left on Bayberry Drive.  Field is on the left.

North Palm Community Center (NPCC) 1200 Prosperity Farms Rd, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 

Take I-95 South to PGA Blvd. Take PGA Blvd. East to Prosperity Farms Rd. Turn Right on Prosperity Farms Rd. As you reach Burns Rd. you will see the park on the Left.

Palm Beach Gardens (Burns Road) Recreation Center – 4404 Burns Road, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 

Take I-95 South to Military Rd. Take Military Rd south to Burns Rd. Turn Left on Burns Rd. The gym is immediately on your right side.

Old Palm Golf Course - 11889 Old Palm Drive, Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Take Central Blvd. South toward PGA Blvd.  The entrance is on the right side just before PGA Blvd.

Palm Springs Park - 226 Cypress Lane, Palm Springs, FL 33461

Take I-95 South to Forest Hill Blvd. Turn Right (West) on Forest Hill to Congress Ave. Turn Left on Congress Avenue to Dolan Rd. Turn Right on Dolan Rd. Turn Left on Cypress Lane (Cypress Lane is before Davis Rd.) Cypress Lane winds around back to all fields.

Salvation Army Gym – 4051 Kirk Rd., Lake Worth, FL 33463

From Turnpike: Take Turnpike South to Lake Worth Rd. Exit.  Head East on Lake Worth Rd to Kirk Rd.  Turn right on Kirk Rd.  The gym is on the right next to the Thrift Store. 

From I-95: Take I-95 South to 10th Ave.  Head West on 10th Ave. to Kirk Rd.  Turn left on Kirk Rd.  Keep going South past Lake Worth Road.  The gym is on the right next to the Thrift Store.

Softball Park for Sacred Heart - 900 22nd Avenue N, Lake Worth, FL 33460

From Forest Hill Blvd.: Take I-95 South to Forest Hill Blvd. Go East (left) to S. Dixie Hwy. (also U.S. Hwy. 1). Go South (right) to Worthmore Dr. Turn right on Worthmore Dr. (which turns into 22nd Ave. N.) The field is on the right. 

From 10th Ave. N.: Take I-95 South to 10th Avenue North. Go East (left) on 10th Avenue to “A” Street. Turn North (left) on “A” Street for 12 blocks to 22nd Avenue N. Turn right, park is on the left side of the street.
